Clay Parties
Tired of the same old boring parties?
Have your next party at Natchez Clay.
- It's fun and different
- No cleaning your house
- No worrying about an activity
- No party favors required - everyone gets to keep what they make
- Bring your own food, or we can have it catered for you
- Alcohol allowed (when age appropriate)
A clay party is a unique idea for your next event and a fun opportunity for groups to handbuild clay objects or pots. The party may be held at the Natchez Clay studios or a location of your choice. Participants of the party learn to make small pots or objects out of clay. Each participant will make at least one object, pinch pot or vessel during the event.

What age is appropriate for a Clay Party?
A clay party is appropriate for a variety of ages from young to senior citizen. Parties for children under 7 will need more supervision and should be kept to smaller groups. No prior clay or art experience necessary. The event is both educational and enjoyable.
What will we make?
Prior to the party we can discuss what you would like your participants to make. Small "pinch pots", vases, cups, photo frames are among the list of things to make. If the party is near a holiday, we can make a holiday-themed item such as an ornament, rabbit or heart-shaped items. If your group has a "theme" we can make something that would relate specifically to your group. The possibilities are endless.
What does it cost?
7 participants and less - $200
8 - 14 participants - $325
15 - 25 participants - $450
26 or more - Call for pricing
